Refund & Replacement Policy – Miller Stores
At Miller Stores, we take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, in the following cases, we are happy to work with you to find a fair resolution.
1. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing info@millerstores.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 clear image of the outer box
- 2 clear images of the damaged product
- Unboxing video showing the damage
For multiple-item shipments, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement. We will promptly replace the product(s) or offer a fair resolution.

2. Missing Products
If any product is missing from your order, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing info@millerstores.com with:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 clear image of the outer box
- 2 clear images of the opened box
- Unboxing video showing all received items
We do not offer refunds for missing products, but we will be happy to promptly send the missing item.

3. Spoiled Products
If you receive a spoiled product, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing info@millerstores.com with:
- Order number
- Date of packaging/manufacturing (as printed on the pack)
- Clear images or a video showing the spoilage
Please note:
✅ We do not accept returns due to natural variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Since our products are freshly milled, extracted, and handmade, each batch may have slight differences.
✅ No compromise is made on quality—we ensure that our products retain maximum nutritional value while being pesticide-controlled and free from artificial additives.
We will thoroughly investigate the issue and provide an amicable resolution, including a replacement if required.
