1. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing info@millerstores.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • 1 clear image of the outer box
  • 2 clear images of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video showing the damage

βœ… Resolution: We will promptly replace the affected product(s) or offer an amicable solution. For multiple-item shipments, only the damaged product will be eligible for replacement.

2. Missing Products

3. Spoiled Products

  • Date of packaging/manufacturing (as printed on the pack)
  • Clear images or a video showing the spoilage

  • Natural Variations: We do not accept returns due to differences in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are freshly ground and naturally processed.
  • Quality Assurance: We maintain strict quality control and ensure our products retain their nutritional value without additives or preservatives.
